Jump the Q is a mobile application that allows you to make purchases using your mobile phone both from home or while being in store. Our application is restricted to certain areas within the UAE. UAE is our country of domicile and we hereby stipulate that the governing law is the local law of the United Arab Emirates. We will also not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Asset Control) sanctioned countries. By using our application, you hereby agree to our terms and conditions.
By creating an account, you are the sole user of your account and you have complete control on the information you give to us. The user can update their information anytime within the application and the information given should be accurate in order to allow us serve you better. The user is fully responsible for their account hence we will not accept any liability arising from misuse of user accounts. Users are thus responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. If you notice any security breaches relating to your account, please notify us immediately at email@example.com and we will delete the account right away or take any other action necessary to maintain the integrity of your account.
Your personal information will never be shared with any unauthorized parties. By using Jump the Q app, you hereby agree to share some personally identifiable information with us in order to provide the best of our services to you. You may receive texts and emails regarding promotional offers, service updates or quality control surveys
Your financial information can only be seen by you. We will ensure any information regarding your credit card details are securely processed and stored by an authorized merchant partner with the necessary skills and logistics to ensure the integrity of this information. While we will do everything to ensure the integrity of this information, we will not be responsible for any un-authorized usage of this information. All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. All payments are made via a secured and encrypted connection. Our Merchant will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties. The Merchant takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online. The merchant is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
Users are responsible for the products they purchase through the app. They must ensure that the right product is scanned and/or ordered for and must verify their purchases before making their payment.
Orders are confirmed to the user within the service interface. No contractual relationship exists between User and Jump the Q. We may decide for any reason whatsoever to not accept an order and to refuse to process it. We will also take appropriate steps to inform users of the products that are out of stock at our partner stores during online ordering and will also do well to suggest appropriate replacements.
Refunds are only given on a case to case basis. The user is entitled to a full refund where a payment has been made due to a technical error. Any refund requests must be made via the support section on the application or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Exchanges can be made within 30 days from date of refund request. Any exchange requests must be passed through our application via the support section or by email at email@example.com. Only items which are unused and without expiry dates can be exchanged. There are no cancellation policies in place. Once the goods are purchased through our application the user cannot cancel the order. The user can only have their goods exchanged only if they meet the exchanges criteria mentioned earlier.
All prices are quoted in UAE dirhams. Prices are fixed by the retailers and Jump the Q has no influence on product pricing. Any changes to prices are only made by the retailers themselves. A convenience fee of AED 3 is charged per transaction. In all cases, Jump the Q reserves the right to limit the purchase quantity for particular products or, if needed, to decline a transaction for a particular product.
Only valid debit and credit cards are accepted. (Visa & MasterCard only) All cards must pass through a security and verification test in order to be accepted on our system. This verification will take place yearly. Should there be any failure in the test, the card would not be allowed to be registered. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
The Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet regulatory requirements and standards. We therefore encourage you to frequently visit this section to be updated about any changes. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
